The Front Desk Staff will be happy to arrange an automated wake-up call for you.

Tourist Information

A full selection of Tourist Information, brochures, and maps are available just outside our Breakfast Room (Room 307). Feel free to ask the Front Desk team for any directions or recommendations.

Laundry & Dry Cleaning

Our free Laundry Facilities are located on the 4th floor. The facilities are equipped with five washing machines and six dryers. The duration of the wash cycle is approximately 25 minutes and the dryer cycle is 45 minutes. Laundry detergent is provided free of charge. Dry Cleaning service is available Monday to Friday. To ensure same-day service, garments must be dropped off at the Front Desk prior to 8:30 AM. Cleaned garments may be retrieved at the Front Desk anytime after 6:00 PM.

Vending & Soft Drink Machines

Ice Machines are located on floors 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11. Soft Drink Machines are located on floors 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12.

Transportation

If you are arriving by air, a taxi will cost approximately $30 (one-way) and will take 20 to 30 minutes depending on the time of day’s traffic.

Housekeeping and Lost & Found

To accommodate any special Housekeeping needs, please inform us when you make your reservation. Each suite is equipped with an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and clothes steamer. Towels, pillows, blankets, and other extra linens are available by contacting the Front Desk (Dial 0). Toiletries such as shaving cream, razors, combs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and conditioner are available at the Front Desk.

Electrical Voltage

Electrical voltage in Canada is 110 Volts. Please note that while laptop computers do have built-in converters, which can be used anywhere in the world (110 Volts – 240 Volts), most other appliances, such as hair dryers, portable CD players, and mobile phones cannot. Thus, you will need a converter that can convert from 240 Volts to 110 Volts. In order for your appliances to be compatible with North American electrical sockets, you will also need an adapter. There are a limited number of adapters for loan at the Front Desk.
