What is check in / check out time at the Business Inn?
At the Business Inn, check in time starts at 2:00pm, and our check out time is by 11:00am. Every effort is made to accommodate late check out. Please contact us if you require an extended checkout.
Where do I park my car, and how much will it cost me?
Our parking is $15 plus taxes per night on a first come, first serve basis; including full in and out privileges. Please check with our staff upon check in for availability.
How can I pay for my room?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac debit cards, Travellers cheques, and cash. We do not accept personal cheques. If you would like to set up direct billing for your company, please contact us at 613-232-1121 or email us at email@example.com.
Since you are located right in downtown Ottawa on Elgin Street, isn't it very loud at night?
The hotel is fitted with extremely efficient soundproof windows. There are also many rooms in the hotel that face away from Elgin Street or high above street level. The combination of air conditioning/heating and soundproofing means that you will sleep peacefully.
What is your pet policy?
Animals are not permitted in the hotel.
Is there a charge for extra persons in the suite?
Rates are based on double occupancy. A charge of $10.00 plus taxes per person applies to nightly rates for additional adults. The maximum occupancy per room at our hotel is 4 adults.
Is there a gym or fitness area in the your hotel?
We have a guest-only fitness area located on the 3rd floor that is free of charge.
I am travelling to Ottawa on business: What business technology does your hotel provide?
Each room has a small business centre with laser printer, new PC and wired Internet access. You also have wireless access to the Internet throughout the hotel. All other equipment meets the latest standards regarding safety and convenience going well beyond the usual hotel service standards.
I am travelling to Ottawa with my children: Can your business hotel accommodate this?
We not only like children, but up to the age of 12 they can stay overnight free of charge in their parents' room. We recommend our Signature Suites which have a queen size sofabed.
I am traveling with a wee one. Do you have playpens/cribs?
Playpens are available upon request, and our rooms are spacious enough for you to set up your own crib in addition, with plenty of room to spare.
Several of our rooms are able to accommodate a wheelchair, however none of our rooms are designated wheelchair accessible, nor contain special needs amenities.
