Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We make every effort to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs — please contact the front desk as early as possible.
Guests must be 19 years or older to check in.
Yes. Our front desk is staffed 24/7 with a real person — not an automated system.
Payment & Deposits
A government-issued photo ID and a bank-issued credit card are required. A $100 security pre-authorization is taken at check-in. Pre-paid cards, debit cards, and cash are not accepted for the security deposit.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Interac debit. We do not accept personal cheques or pre-paid credit cards for the deposit.
No. Everything is included in your rate — the only extra cost is parking.
Parking
Yes. Parking is $25 + HST per night, available in our underground and outdoor lots with in-and-out privileges. Parking is first-come, first-served and cannot be reserved in advance.
Yes. Our underground lot includes complimentary EV chargers. Note: underground parking has a 6 ft 2 in height maximum.
We will provide free parking in our sister lot 200 meters away.
Breakfast
Yes. A hot and cold deluxe continental breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. You can enjoy it in one of our two breakfast rooms, in your suite, or as a grab-and-go bag.
Wi-Fi & Internet
Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included. Suites also have 1 GIG fibre ethernet and a dedicated work area with a laser printer and computer.
Rooms & Amenities
Yes. Every suite has a full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cookware, dishes, and utensils.
Only King and Queen mattresses — no double or twin beds. Many suites have 2 Kings or Queens, and most include a comfortable pullout couch.
Yes. The hotel has soundproof windows, white noise machines in every suite, and many rooms face away from Elgin Street or are on higher floors.
Extra Supplies
Extra supplies that you may need for your room are available on the 4th floor and above at the end of the hallways. For the 2nd and 3rd floors, supplies are located in front of rooms 217 and 317. On the 1st floor, supplies are beside room 130.
Families & Extra Guests
Yes. Children 12 and under stay free with a parent.
Yes. An additional $10 + tax per night applies for each adult beyond two (children 12 and under are excluded).
- Mini, Economy, and Studio suites: 2 adults
- Executive, Signature, and Two-Bed suites: 4 adults (plus up to 2 children under 12)
Yes, all are available on request at no charge.
Accessibility
Several suites can accommodate wheelchairs, and two suites are formally designated as wheelchair accessible with accessible showers.
Pets
We welcome service animals. We are not pet-friendly for other animals.
Facilities
Yes. Our fitness centre is on the 2nd floor and open 24 hours.
No, but the Jack Purcell Community Centre across the street has a heated indoor public pool.
Yes. Guest laundry facilities are available on the 4th floor including soaps.
Ice Machines & Vending
Ice machines are located on floors 2, 3, 5, 7, 9 & 11. There is an ice bucket in the freezer of the fridge in your unit.
Snacks & soda can be purchased in the lobby (G). Follow the instructions in the elevator to get to other floors.
Groups & Events
We do not accommodate sports groups, bus tours, touring bands, wedding groups, or private parties. Business group bookings are welcome.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before arrival, otherwise one night's stay will be charged to your card. Payment is not taken until day of arrival.
